GUIDELINES FOR ATHLETIC
PASSES
STAFF PASSES
- Issued to any employee that has a contract with and
works at either Creston or Wilbur School District. This includes teachers, classified
personnel, administrators and off-staff coaches. Substitutes, certificated and
classified, are not eligible for a Staff Pass.
- A Staff Pass allows the staff member, their
spouse/guest and their children, 6th grade and below, admission
to the athletic event. Children in grades 7 through 12 are not covered by
the Staff Pass and must have a valid ASB card for free admission. Children who are out of high school are
not eligible for free admission under the Staff Pass.
- Staff Passes cost $30 per year and are purchased
through the Wilbur High School Office.
COMMUNITY SPORTS PASSES
Family Sports Pass
1.
Available for purchase for $90 through the Wilbur High
School Office.
2.
The Family Sports Pass allows the 2 adults (spouses or
living partners) and any children, 6th grade and below, living in
the same household, admission to the athletic event. Children in grades 7 through 12 are not
covered by the Family Sports Pass and must have a valid ASB card for free
admission. Children who are out of high
school are not eligible for free admission under the Family Sports Pass.
3.
The Family Sports Pass is also used for adult couples
(spouses or living partners) living in the same household but have no children
in grade 6th and below. The
cost is still $90.
4.
Family Sports Passes are sold for the entire school
year only. Even if a Family Sports Pass
is sold mid-year, the price remains $90.
Single Adult Sports Pass
1.
Available for purchase for $55 through the Wilbur High
School Office.
2.
The Single Adult Sports Pass allows only the cardholder
admission to the athletic event.
3.
Any person who is out of high school and under the age
of 60 is eligible to purchase a Single Adult Sports Pass.
Senior Citizen Couple Sports Pass
1.
Available for purchase for $40 through the Wilbur High
School Office.
2.
Any couple (spouses or living partners) living in the
same household who are 60 years or older are eligible for a Senior Citizen
Couple Sports Pass.
Single Senior Citizen Sports Pass
1.
Available for purchase for $25 through the Wilbur High
School Office.
2.
Any single person who is 60 years or older is eligible
for a Single Senior Citizen Sports Pass.
3.
The Single Senior Citizen Sports Pass allows only the
cardholder admission to the athletic event.
BI-COUNTY SUPERVISORY PASS
- Issued by the Bi-County Activities Association.
- There are 2 types of Bi-County Supervisory Passes:
- Administrator and Athletic Director passes. These passes are valid for the entire
school year.
- Seasonal Coaching passes. These passes are valid for the current
athletic season (fall or winter) only.
- Bi-County Supervisory Passes must be looked at to
determine if they are valid. Not
all Bi-County Supervisory Passes are valid for the entire year. See #2 above.
- A Bi-County Supervisory Pass allows the cardholder
and 1 guest admission to the athletic event.
- Anyone gaining admission using a Bi-County
Supervisory Pass must sign the Supervisory Pass Sheet, including the
cardholder and the guest. This is
an audit issue and is a league regulation.
DISTRICT 7 PASSES
- Issued by District 7 officials and distributed to
Superintendents and Board Members.
- The District 7 Pass allows the cardholder and 1 guest
admission to the athletic event.
- Anyone gaining admission using a District 7 Pass must
sign the Supervisory Pass Sheet, including the cardholder and the
guest. This is an audit issue and
is a district/league regulation.
