MAINTENANCE
& OPERATION REPLACEMENT LEVY

PURPOSE
The
Wilbur School District Levy REPLACES an expiring levy. This levy will allow for CONTINUATION of
school programs and student services currently in place. |
||||||||
LEVY RATE
The two-year levy will provide $415,000 each in
2009 and 2010 at a levy rate of $3.44 per thousand assessed valuation. If the levy is passed, the district will
receive additional state matching funds in the form of state levy
equalization support, approximately $62,250 per year provided to help keep
rates lower. |
